hostap & uclibc buildroot --> changes proposal

Hi to all.
I'm working a bit with the uclibc buildroot and the hostap driver.

I've found some little problems integrating hostap with the uclibc 
buildroot envinronment. On the attachment you can find a patch to better 
integrate these two great pieces of code (uclibc-busybox [buildroot env] 
& hostap).
