All network devices die

I have tried to "make" v0.0.3, and get the following error:

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I am currently using v0.0.1, so I am downloading v0.0.3 now.

I am running kernel 2.4.18 on a SMP machine. I noticed someone else
posted
to the list advising their machine was locking up while using SMP also.
