cs: unable to map card memory!

Hello all,
first of all thanks for all the good work and all the help I already got
on this list!
I almost managed to get my AP started, but there's still a problem left.
The modules all load correctly as you can see in the attached outputs,
but cardctl cannot see any cards on my system, there even is a cs: error
message (see attached outputs).
It would be great if you yould help me with this one too.
