Rate is in 100 kbps, so yes, that is 11 Mbps. Signal is 'S' of NR, not
SNR.. Silence could be noise, however I don't remember whether I have
ever seen it being something else that zero.. Flow is not implemented in
current station firmware, if I remember correctly.
