hostapd implements IEEE 802.1X Authenticator and it just passes EAP
packets between Supplicant and Authenticator Server. It does not really
care which EAP type is being used as long as you can get the session
keys from Authentication Server. I haven't tested EAP-TTLS with hostapd,
but it should work fine.
