Which driver version would you recommend for me.?

I have a 12(ish) mile link working to my house.  As a client a using hostap.  My card is a 200Mw Engenius.  Of course the signal is marginal, but it works, at times, better than others... 

I am currently using the 0.0.3 driver but was wondering if there was anything in the CVS that might help reliability over that marginal link?   

(or any other version of the driver before or after?)

Just wondering...
