Still having problems with WEP rekeying

I still can't get WEP rekeying to work, EAP-TLS and EAP-TTLS work fine with
static WEP keys, but when I switch on WEP rekeying my station can not
authenticate. I am using a Dlink DWL-520+ in my Windows XP station, and a
Prism 2 card in my Linux server running hostapd.

Can anyone help, could it be firmware issues on one of the cards etc?
