What is the max power for my card?

No, Host AP driver has no way of knowing the real maximum transmit power.

Everything over 20 dBm / 100 mW is interpreted as the maximum value for
the card. In other words, setting it to 300 mW or 200 mW configures the
card exactly in the same way as using 100 mW.
