can't set PSM in managed mode

Never mind, I solve the problem. But I have another one:
I can never enable PSM in HostAP managed mode  (WPC11 1.4.9 f/w)?
iwconfig successfully changed PMENABLED=1 but the card never
goes to sleep. Anybody has similar experience?
