hostap and freeradius

Helo, I'm using RedHat with hostap as access point, and WinXP as client. When I try to autenticate with user and password, hostap show this:
No Message-Authenticator attribute found
Incoming RADIUS packet did not have correct Message-Authenticator - dropped
and freeraius show this:
