Problems with PCI<->PCMCIA card readers.

I have strange problems with my Senao and Orinoco PCMCIA cards. I was
using 4 diferent Pentium-Pentium II computers and had 3 types of PCMCIA
card readers and any of them doesnt working without hardware problems
under Linux. Is there any reference to 100% working PCMCIA card reader or
is there any other problem. Im using Hostap CVS , orinoco kernel driver
and RedHat 8.0.
