Yea tat's possible caused for Matthew's cafe!
i've read about toggling on TCP Explicit Congestion
Notification (ecn) boolean settings affects surfing
to some sites.
Btw, to permanent set this value on boot you can
do this, edit /etc/sysctl.conf and set:
net.ipv4.tcp_ecn = 0
