trouble loading "D-Link", "DWL-650 Wireless PC Card RevP"

Hi, 
I am having trouble loading the DWL-650P pcmcia card.
I am trying to follow the instructions of the recent thread 
on that card.

I think my problem might be IRQ related.

Heres some info:

(This is the whta I get right after I insert the card):
