hostap CVS does not work without PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT

Hi all,

In current CVS, modprobe will give an unknown symbol for the function
prism2_get_ram_size in any of the hostap_(plx|pci|cs) drivers, because
it's only defined when PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT is defined. I wasn't
sure of the correct way to fix this so for the time being I've enabled
the option.
