[PATCH] prism2_update_comms_qual vs. Prism3

Hello!

If a fix for another little annoyance on the way to Prism 3 support.
After I load hostap_cs with no_primary=1, and run "cardctl insert", the
kernel log is filled with messages about failed RID FD43:

wifi0: hfa384x_get_rid: CMDCODE_ACCESS failed (res=-110, rid=fd43, len=6)
wifi0: hfa384x_cmd_issue: cmd reg was busy for 5000 usec
wifi0: hfa384x_cmd_issue - timeout - reg=0x8ce2
wifi0: hfa384x_cmd: entry still in list? (entry=e89e4f78, type=0, res=-1)
wifi0: hfa384x_cmd: interrupted; err=-110

This patch disables prism2_update_comms_qual() when the station firmware
is missing.
