Well, it will skip all information in PDA and uses the defaults from the
firmware image. Really, this should only be used when loading primary
image into RAM for a card that does not have firmware in flash. If the
PDA information is skipped for STA firmware, all cards will end up using
the same MAC address, the default radio calibration, etc. These can
easily cause difficult to debug issues and reduced signal quality, etc.
