You can get them from dlink.com, quite obviously:
ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwl520_revE/Driver/dwl520e1_driver_100.zip

But all the firmware files I could extract from the driver are already
available in my collection at http://www.red-bean.com/~proski/firmware/
