I believe they are talking about relaying to other users through the AP, you 
may want to turn that ability off if you want to force certain routing, ie. 
for bandwidth contol/monitoring. That way you don't end up with someone using 
all your wireless bw between 2 buddies streaming to each other, or some such 
crap.
