Dynamic WEP Question..

Dear all.

Current hostapd only can send WEP key dynamically, if hostapd got MS-MPPE-SEND-KEY +ACY- RECV-KEY from RADIUS Attribute..

This means that, If there are no such kinds of RADIUS attribute, then hostapd does not send key to STA. 

In case of EAP/MD5, Radius does not negotiation with Sta using MS-MPPE-SEND-KEY +ACY- RECV-KEY.. isn't it ?

how can I use Dynamic WEP with EAP/MD5 authentication without MS-MPPE-SEND/RECV-KEY ?
