Compaq Wl200 is pcmcia card with pcmcia/pci bridge. The hostap_pci
isn't proper driver for WL200. You will need:

1) external-pcmcia package (e.g. ver. 3.1.31 or later) and it's i82365.o
module. This WL200 card needs that the "irq_mode=1" parameter is in
/etc/sysconfig/pcmcia.

2) run "make pccard" etc. for hostap driver
