Did you use your modified PCMCIA adaptor or a normal one?
I have an Engenius EL-2011CD and could not load any of the two initial
firmwares with a normal adaptor.
My card has a corrupt PDA and pri/sta firmwares...

BTW: I found a newer version of flash.exe at
http://home.eunet.cz/jt/wifi/FLASH.EXE (0.5e)
