hostap can not relays the frames between win2k client and freeradius ??

hello,

 I have built up  802.1x  by linux client xsupplicant  & hostap & freeradius ,then  i replace the xsupplicant with winXP client  , it all work fine !

but,now  i    followed the http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;313664    to replace winXP with Win2k . (  have used  win2000 SP3 and have install the win2000 client downloading from MS's web site  and start up the wareless server ... ) It seems there is something wrong when  win2k transmit eap frames with hostap  !

   why?  i have forgoten doing something important ?

run the freeradius ,i got :   it seem he have not got some  frames from  hostap!
