Hello,
there is something very strange with this card,
the firmware it reports is surely not correct; in all prism2/2.5 cards used
the firmware is always at version 0.x.x or 1.x.x
and never _ever_ PRI 4.x.x or STA 8.x.x

are you sure that this is a prism card?
