Try these:
a) flash your card in windows with the 1.4.9 firmware, AND the PDA file from
netgear that's inside the /firmware directory in the driver for the MA401

b) the same, but also include the PRI firmware from netgear

c) if still doesn't work, you'll have to make some changes to the PDA file
so that it matches what 1.4.9 needs. I've done that operations in a long,
long time, and i CAN be risky. I don't have the netgear driver right now
with me, but send me the PDA file for further inspection to try to see what
is happening.
