That is a debug dump of all the known RIDS (FC?? being configurable
items and FD?? read-only info). Many of these do indeed map quite well
to MIBs.
Please note, that /proc/net/prism2/wlan#/rids is the old path to this
file, prism2 was changed to hostap in a newer version and the latest
release actually removed the whole file from the driver. The same
information is now available using user space program utils/hostap_diag.

It is the RID number FD88 (0xfd88) and yes, this RID should have the
results of the last scan. However, it does not seem to be available
properly on all firmware versions so using ScanResults info frame in
host-based roaming mode might be better solution for getting the
scanning results.

Sure you can request that ;-), but the station in question should have
some software running on the host system to reply to this.. Most
probably standards STAs do not have support for this. There is some kind
of protocol for asking the other end's signal quality and nick name
etc.. However, I haven't seen any standard describing this so I'm not
fully sure about the contents of the frames used for this query. Anyway,
I do not think they include full scanning results.
