installing hostap

Hello, I have an AMD K6-2 with Red Hat 7.2, an AVAYA wireless card, and 
hostap-2002-10-12. The driver compile and starts, and I can put my computer in 
master mode, but show this:

and other wireless devices not detect it as an access point. Other devices 
detect it as peer to peer connection.

Also have a D-LINK DWL-650 wireless card, but the driver not start with that 
card.

Please, help me.
