Please check 'dmesg' output of the card initialization. You should first
see "prism2_hwc_config: initialized in # iterations" and after that
"trying to read PDA from ..." attempts (assuming you have defined
PRISM2_DOWNLOAD_SUPPORT). Does any of those read attempts report "OK"?
