tv cache doesn't contain newer programs

That's because episodes 2 & 3 have not been broadcast on TV yet.  The next episodes are scheduled to be broadcast on 11-Sep and 18-Sep.

You can get them in advance by using the series pid and pid-recursive options: 
get_iplayer --pid m001zps2 --pid-recursive

ERROR: Response: 404 Not Found

- I believe radio cache is similarly truncated.

Is there anything I can do about this?
