PVR won't display - ?hanging

The Web PVR Manager runs a CLI script on the PC sending info to
http:\\localhost:9335 (or 127.0.0.1) which you then access via a
browser. I would have to rewrite get_iplayer to run as a CLI script on
my phone before I could try that.
