v3.28 has been released

Fantastic. Great to see this still being maintained. Despite moving to a 
couple of streaming services for most entertainment (rather than 
recording), I still like to view documentaries and some other stuff 
"offline" in my own time. there's still a use case for this great piece 
of software.
