Subtitles only, not the whole file

I downloaded the file when it was first broadcast, some months ago and
have in the past edited the history file but it seems sledgehammer and
nut though when there ought to be a better way i.e. for GiP to respect
the subtitles-only request. IMHO of course ;-)
