What do you guys make of this? iPlayer/VPN strangeness

Hi
I also often use a VPN, the BBC are continually blocking access via
VPN's if they believe that you are based overseas, consequently the
VPN providers are continually changing IP addresses to get around the
problem, if you are abroad I wouldn't complain if you are managing to
download the programs, if you are in the UK and a License payer I
suggest reporting the problem to the BBC.
