What happens if you change to
--tvmode=hlshd,flashhd,hlsvhigh,flashvhigh
or just
--tvmode=hlshd
Could flashhd be the wrong version?

As I understand it you only need v3.00 or above of ffmpeg for DVF modes.  If 
you can download HLS you must already have ffmpeg v2.5 or above .  As for 
waiting until tonight to try again, you don't have to download the whole 
programme to see whether it is signed.  A few seconds will do.
