You have misconfigured GiP somehow. /usr/share/ffmpeg will never be the location of your ffmpeg binary. It is a folder that contains shared data for ffmpeg, such as preset files. No surprise that GiP can't launch a folder. Use /usr/bin/ffmpeg, though that should already in in $PATH and thus no need to configure GiP explicitly.
