I have not seen that message.  It may be that the files I have looked at 
have been older than 17 Jan.  To make sure I had something up to date I 
tried it with today's You and Yours (b0890kmf) from dashhigh1. 
AtomicParsley said it was AAC Low Complexity.

Do you have an example of a programme pid which has the Unknown profile 
error?  Are you using v3.0 of ffmpeg?
