get_iplayer creating incomplete mp4 files

Hi

I did consider filesize, but as you say this varies depending on what
quality you download at so you would need to know what has been used,
i use --tvmode=flashbetter but this can fall back to a different
quality depending on what is available, also if it has dropped a few
bytes here or there due to download errors the figures may not add up
for an easy compare, but the length of the program in minutes should
be close enough even if the odd few seconds have been lost here and
there.
