commandline for 1280x720 25fps

Encore une fois...
Very odd.... . I logged on to my PC is the UK and would you believe
it.... both hlshd and hvfhd are available!
So I've tried again from here in the Philippines using a VPN and both
modes are now available, whether I am using the PID or programme name.
Maybe there was a delay getting those versions uploaded by the BBC's CDNs.
Let me know if you have any more problems getting the 1280x720 25fps...
