Off-Topic forum error

[RS]

Until the recent discussion I had not been aware of the Off-Topic forum.  I 
tried to find it and found this link.

When I click any of the links in Any Other Business I get

400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

Is it something I've done wrong, or is there a problem in the forum?

PS  The whole forum now seems to be affected.
