the selection on Britbox is a bit limited.

MHznetworks seems to be mainly news channels, some of which are available 
FTA on satellite in Europe.  There is other content and it is seeking 
content provider partners.  It let me play the trailer, so it may not be 
geo-locked, but it may not accept payments from outside the US.

It is encouraging that services like these are springing up.  Thanks for the 
links.
