I just checked and this confirms what I'd thought. 125k audio isn't solely
for Proms. It is, I think, the standard for the hvfhd mode.

e.g. the version of "All about the country bus" which I fetched using this
mode has 125k audio.

And if I use an older hls mode that gets me the 25fps proms HDTV versions,
they are about 93 kbps audio.
