Get_iplayer is streaming live TV!

Hello

I have a very strange problem with get_iplayer.

When I start get_iplayer, it immediately connects to a whole range of TV channels and starts downloading live video from a range of channels.   This is eating my bandwidth and I really don't want it happening !

Any idea?
