This has made no difference to the podcast refresh problem.  It still  
produce the same

	INFO: Getting podcast Index Feeds
	.

	INFO: 0 Matching Programmes

	Flushed Programme Caches for Types: podcast

Clicking the "Force Refresh" button produced the same result.
