No, you're not missing anything - that repo hasn't been updated, sorry.

I was away when 2.95 was released, and just haven't had time to do
anything with the raspbian build.  But a build is running now.  Don't
hold your breath, but there should be an update for raspbian sometime
tomorrow morning.
