I did think if there were now many more people using the HLS streams that 
could slow things down, but in that case speeds would be very variable, 
whereas they are consistent.  Anyway I have now installed the release 
version of 2.95 and it is slightly slower than the ffmpeg dev version from 
16 Feb 2016, only just faster than real time at 2.5Mbit/s for HLSHD.

I used the 2.95.1 Windows installer in Windows 10 and it created a shortcut 
which did not work, so I had to invoke it manually from the command prompt. 
Will get_iplayer not handle a symbolic link for the Users directory in 64 
bit Windows 10?   I saw a reference to problems with long paths.  This is my 
path.
