Release 2.95 and the get_iplayer Raspbian repo

perhaps, Jon, has not yet gotten around to working on packaging
get_iplayer-2.95 yet.

you could just fetch either the zip or tar.gz file and install it
yourself, either in your home director or in /usr/local

https://sourceforge.net/projects/get-iplayer/files/osx/homebrew/get_iplayer-2.95.tar.gz/download

get_iplayer is a perl script/program.
