Audio/Video Out of Sync

The other thing I was going to comment on is that all four have 
audio=128000.  I thought the present standard was 192kbit/s.  I was hoping 
that one day we might get 5.1 surround sound, possibly as Dolby Digital Plus 
or AC3, on the iPlayer, but this seems to be going in the opposite 
direction.
