Currently there seems to be an issue with the Level3 CDN that supplies RTMP
HD downloads of iPlayer content.

This issue was identified by 'tvfan' over in the forums[1].

A resolution workaround has been identified by dinkypumpkin[2].

Hopefully this issue won't last too long and things will be back to normal
shortly.

Just as a matter of interest, I am recording Weds's Timeshift on BBC4 which
seems to record in HD OK. 
I am using Windows Home Server 2011 and gip v2.94 with the web PVR
interface. Incidentally, I find that the browser PVR interface works well
for me 99% of the time. In fact I seldom seem to have any problems, maybe I
am just lucky!
