Audacity, get_iplayer & Windows 10

Have run GWX ontrol panel - it does the job. But it doesn't remove the
installation folders and files. But searching the \Windows folder for
'GWX' identifies them. Then they can be renamed 'old' or 'crap' or
something. They're a pain to delete - you have to change ownership to
Admin first - but by an oversight MS have not stopped folks renaming
them. CJB
