Problems with get_iplayer.cgi since 2.94

There isn't any perl module called Programme.pm and none is available. Looking through the get_iplayer source, it seems this is a class function within get_iplayer, not an external module. The error is erroneously pointing at a file permissions issue because it's trying to find an external file instead of using a class within itself. I see other classes in get_iplayer that are named very similarly.

This looks like a permissions issue - can you check -
What are the permissions of Programme.pm?
Who owns the file?
Who is running get_iplayer?
