Anger over BBC radio streaming changes

One of the big problems with the BBC is the way they are so hard to complain
to, let alone get useful replies from.  Nevertheless it would be sensible
for you to send a complaint to the BBC Trust, and to your MP, and relevant
charities/pressure groups eg RNIB.  They might be able to get the BBC to pay
attention.
